Linda Kondilis, PhD
Co-Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Linda Kondilis is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in reproductive and women’s mental health. With over a decade of experience guiding individuals and families through infertility, third-party reproduction, and life transitions, she brings both clinical rigor and deep empathy to every stage of care.
Linda’s work extends beyond the therapy room. She’s an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and a consultant to fertility clinics and medical programs nationwide. Her expertise supports best practices in screening, counseling, and communication for intended parents, donors, and gestational carriers alike.
At Storie, Linda leads the clinical vision—ensuring that every assessment and interaction reflects the compassion, inclusion, and ethical integrity at the heart of our mission. Her leadership bridges science and humanity, grounding Storie’s care model in both professional excellence and emotional understanding.
Joseph Belsh
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Joe Belsh is a donor-conceived person, entrepreneur and strategist dedicated to transforming how psychological care supports modern family building. Before co-founding Storie, he spent his career working with countless entrepreneurs and their mission-driven organizations contributing human-centered design and operational clarity.
As a donor-conceived person, Joe brings lived experience to Storie’s purpose ensuring that every person touched by third-party reproduction is met with understanding, transparency, and respect. His perspective bridges personal insight and professional execution, shaping a company that values both emotional nuance and operational excellence.
Joe also serves as an advisor with Donor Conceived Community (DCC), collaborating on initiatives that promote ethical practices and education across the reproductive health field. At Storie, he leads strategy and operations, integrating technology and compassion to make Storie’s promise of human-first, ethically rigorous care a daily reality.
